- 3 Rooms: 2 bedrooms with a built-in area of about 754 sq ft.
- 4 Rooms: 3 bedrooms with a built-in area of about 969 sq ft.
- 5 Rooms:3 bedrooms with a built-in area of about 1,184 sq ft.
- EA (Executive Apartment). 3/4 bedrooms with built-in area of about 1,615 sqft.
- EM (Executive Mansionette). Same as Executive apartment, except it has two levels.
- 6 Rooms: Jumbo flat joint by two 3 room flats
The living lounge is also counted as a room.

The rentals for HDB flats can vary from place to place and depending upon its luxuries and facilities. The normal rent rate varies from S$2500 to S$10,000 plus, depending upon the area and its amenities.
